So there I was, watching the "Three Days of the Hunter Job," and thinking, Please tell me someone has written the fic where Sophie and Maggie are bitching over drinks about Nate and fall into bed together. Please? Anyone?

I got to an open tab with a story about Winter Soldier and people taking the 'myth' seriously. This would be fine, except then the quote from "Manhunt" went through my brain. The one about 'Serial killers, mad bombers, the men with guns and the ones with knives. I hunt all of them.' (Why do I not have that quote written down somewhere?) ETA: Okay. Correct quote is, "Serial killers, cannibals, mad bombers -- psychopaths come in all shapes and sizes, Mr. MacLeod, and it makes no earthly difference to me, 'cause my job's simple. I bury them." I wonder why I remember a longer version of this?

Anyway. Someone tell me not to write this. Please. (Hell, no, I wouldn't let Matthew catch Winter Soldier. But I'd let them hunt each other.)

...I think maybe I shouldn't put this in the Opportunities-verse, since things clearly went differently there.
