Honestly, I think you can cross a LOT with W13. I mean, X-Files? Easy. due South, Buffy, Highlander? Even easier. Indiana Jones? Shoe-in. I think Supernatural could, but would have to ask someone who's watched it.

Haven, oddly, I don't think so. The oddities there are *people*, not things.

Lost Girl, yeah, probably. Eureka, of course, and Gods help. I think Xena's chakrams might be in there, and the Tomb Raider games/movies are also an easy cross.

I mean, really, they've had such a variety, and such a date range... I think it would be easier to cross with them than *not* to. Archie Goodwin's fountain pen, say, or Saul Panzer's beat-up cabbie's hat. Nero Wolfe's favorite bookmark.

Blood Ties? Sure. I mean, given the format of 'very personal possessions acquire abilities and then share them' almost anything can be believably crossed, I'd think. I mean, I could make Victor/Victoria work for this!
